WHEN WILL MY CRATE SHIP?
The Bookishly Classic Book Crate ships around the 20th of the month it's due out. In 2023 the crates are running quarterly and shipping in March, June, September and December.
WHAT’S IN THE BOX?
Your crate will contain a variety of items all themed around the classic book we are featuring that month. There will be a paperback copy of the classic book with our exclusively designed dust jacket. You’ll get one of our signature book page prints with a quote from the book. You’ll get an author stat card, a print, some stationery or similar items, a bookmark, a badge, and a second book that is related to the main title or author in some way. There will also be another special item designed by us to fit the theme and aesthetic of the box.
HOW MUCH IS A BOOKISHLY CLASSIC BOOK CRATE?
The crate is £35 per box and you can make a saving by pre-paying for a number of boxes in one go.
IS THE BOOK PAPERBACK OR HARDBACK?
Our main books are Wordsworth Classics - paperback books with our beautiful and exclusive dust jackets. There will often be a second book in the box, perhaps a Penguin Little Black Classic, or a beautiful vintage paperback related to the main title.
HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
UK shipping is free and international shipping is £10. At the moment there isn’t an affordable tracked service for us to use but we find the postal service to be very reliable.
HOW DO I CHANGE MY ADDRESS?
You can log in to you account here: https://www.bookishly.co.uk/account/login and change your address, as well as managing other things about your subscription. If you need a hand with that you can drop us an email on email@example.com. Please include your name and order number when you email, and the new address details if you want them changed.
WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
If you’ve had your shipping confirmation email then it’s on the way!
- In the UK it should take about 2-3 days with the Royal Mail. This won’t fit through a letter box so if you think you should have had a delivery please check with your local sorting office first before letting us know. They should leave a card for you but sometimes they don’t.
- International parcels will take a little longer - perhaps 7-14 days. If there are customs issues then it can be a little longer, in some cases mail to Canada & Australia can take up to 5 weeks. Your package will be with your local postal service. It’s not a tracked service but we find it to be very reliable.
If you think your parcel is taking too long, drop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.
We're sure that you will love your parcel. However if you need to make a return, please get in touch within 14 days of receipt of your parcel, drop an email to email@example.com with your reqest and order number and we will take it from there.
