Ophelia Art Print – Law & Moore x Bookishly Collaboration

This Ophelia art print was created as part of our collaboration between Bookishly and design studio Law & Moore. We worked together to bring Ophelia to the forefront, using their clean, gallery-style layout to frame our contemporary reimagining of one of Shakespeare’s most enduring characters.

While many Shakespeare-inspired artworks focus on Hamlet himself, we wanted to shift the centre of attention. Ophelia is the emotional core of the play, yet she’s often pushed to the background. This illustration captures the stillness and sorrow that have made her an icon for generations — a quiet figure surrounded by swirling colour, echoing the long tradition of Ophelia paintings while giving her a distinctly modern presence.

With renewed cultural interest in Ophelia, this print feels especially resonant. It’s a meaningful piece for book lovers, Shakespeare fans, literary scholars, or anyone drawn to the symbolism and emotional depth that Ophelia represents.

Printed onto soft white card. A4 unframed prints come in a board backed envelope and A3 prints are rolled in a cardboard tube.
