*Some products (clothing and rubber stamps) cut off earlier as our suppliers have different timelines to us. We'll make sure that's on the product pages.
- Standard postage is free for orders over £15 within the UK.
- On UK orders under £15 the postage is just £2.50.
- International postage is calculated in the shopping cart, just let us know your location at checkout.

- Clothing and rubber stamps will be dispatching within 7 working days.
- For all other products order by 1pm for same working day dispatch.
- We are a 4 Day Week company and we close on Wednesdays.
We'll let you know when your order is on the way. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and our international orders with Royal Mail Airmail. For most products, you can choose to upgrade your postage to Express Next Day - our processing times mean that your order won't always arrive on the next working day.
International parcels are sent via the Royal Mail's tracked international service. It generally takes about 7-10 days and you can follow the parcel on the Royal Mail's website and then usually on your home postal service site. Our monthly subscription parcels are sent untracked.
You might find that your order takes a little longer than usual after Black Friday as we catch up.
Returns
I'm sure that you will love your products however, non-personalised products can be returned in their original condition. Please get in touch within 28 days of purchase to arrange this.

Personalised art is non-returnable. This obviously doesn't affect any of your statutory rights.
Customs fees
For international buyers - please be aware that customs duties may apply to some products when importing from outside the UK.
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their country and paying all applicable customs duties, import charges and taxes.
Though unusual, it is possible for customs to sometimes hold parcels up to a few weeks.
🇺🇸 US customers - we will use a duties paid service so you won't have to pay extra fees.
