The Most Beautiful Book Cover For Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet

William Shakespeare’s iconic tragic romance, Romeo and Juliet, is the star of this month’s classic book crate and we are beyond obsessed with the cover and the overarching aesthetic. We think you guys will love it too. Seriously, it’s beautiful.

As always, our monthly book box will be filled to the brim with literature inspired goodies. There’ll be books (obviously), tea, stationery, art and more. This month will also feature an extra item that makes each crate a little more personal - we can’t say more than that!

For those of you haven't seen it yet, here's the front cover...

To celebrate the launch of our new crate each month we usually share some of the author's best quotes. Shakespeare, of course, has a lotWe'll be sharing a few of our favourites from Romeo & Juliet down below.

"For never was a story of more woe
Than this of Juliet and her Romeo."

"But, soft, what light through yonder window breaks?
It is the east, and Juliet is the sun."

"Go, girl, seek happy nights to happy days."

"That which we call a rose
By any other word would smell as sweet."

“Good Night, Good night!
Parting is such sweet sorrow, that I shall say good night till it be morrow.”

"And yet I wish but for the thing I have;
My bounty is as boundless as the sea,
My love as deep; the more I give to thee,
The more I have, for both are infinite."

"Under love's heavy burden do I sink."

"Wisely and slow; they stumble that run fast."

"Give me my Romeo; and, when he shall die,
Take him and cut him out in little stars,
And he will make the face of heaven so fine
That all the world will be in love with night
And pay no worship to the garish sun."

"These violent delights have violent ends."
