January 2021 Production Update

Happy New Year! 

We are back in the studio and working on orders, although we are back down to the minimum number of staff possible in order to keep everyone safe. We have one member of staff working in each room and everyone else is at home. As a result our orders are not going out quite as quickly as usual. The lead times should be listed on each product page, please get in touch if you have any questions. 

We have managed to switch on international mail, which is a big relief. We are happy to be able to serve our international customers again! I don't know what the speed of overseas mail is like at the moment but hopefully it will be reasonable. As a side note - our EU customers may need to be aware of new customs charges/taxes payable by the recipient of parcels from the UK, so it's worth finding out what the situation is in your country before ordering. 

UK mail is also a bit variable still. We haven't tested it much so far this year (I'm writing this on January 4th). Hopefully it will also be much improved on December. Our hardworking friends at Royal Mail were definitely struggling! 

I want to say a massive thank you to all our customers for your continued support during these strange times. We have had so many kind messages of support and everyone has been so good about the occasional delays.
