A Little Let Down

I really looked forward to my first book, but upon its arrival I was left a little underwhelmed.

The Wordsworth edition book retails at £3.99 and the Jenier tea is a sample pack that retails at £1.25. Granted the tea is not one you will find on Jenier's site, but I doubt it would cost that much more. The dustcover, whilst different, doesn't have the title on the spine so you won't know which book is which once on a bookshelf. The included info card for the book mentions a book club you can join on Facebook. After being accepted I found the last post on there to be 6 months ago and there is no discussion about the current months book.

If once you take away the cost of the book and tea, say £5.00, I'm left wondering what the remaining £10.00 of my subscription is giving me beyond a small card bookmark, a dustcover with no title on the spine and an information card directing me to a dead bookclub.

Not wanting to sound harsh, but I can purchase a Pan Macmillan Collector's Library edition and a box of organic sourced tea from my local eco shop for the same price.

Wonderful Gift and Fantastic Customer Service

I bought this as a gift for my grandmother in the US and she absolutely adores getting these. Unfortunately, the last box that was shipped had its contents lost in transit. I reached out to the company to get the tracking number to submit to USPS and Sue graciously offered to send a replacement at not cost. I could not be more grateful as USPS will likely not find the package. Highly recommend this company for cute and thoughtful gifts for a book lover and cannot thank Sue enough for all of her help!!

I’ve just received my first box and I was really happy with it. It came quickly and was wrapped like a present within the package which i liked (i mean who doesn’t love opening presents?). The cover is really pretty and i’m looking forward to reading the book.

Clothing and rubber stamps will be dispatched within 7 working days.

For all other products order by 1pm for same day dispatch.

We are a 4 Day Week company and we close on Wednesdays.
