Our lovely friends in the EU might like to know that Etsy.com have managed to put measures in place to collect taxes at the point of checkout, so purchases from our Etsy store won't be subject to further taxes on arrival in the EU. Not all of our products are on there because some are not eligible to be sold on Etsy but most are. Please be aware that while Etsy are processing sales tax, they are not processing customs fees, so they may still be payable on receipt.

EU CUSTOMERS - Subscriptions

Sadly we have had to remove the EU shipping option for subscriptions from our website. There's no practical way for us to prevent fees being charged EVERY time you receive a monthly parcel if you shop via our website. Some of our subscriptions are available in our Etsy store and Etsy will process the sales tax (but not the duties) for us. If you decide to buy a subscription via Etsy then you'll get a message from us suggesting that we send all the months in one go for you to open in turn.

Great quality and makes me smile

I love this Anne of Green Gables quote. It always makes me smile. And it is perfect for an item of clothing, so I was really pleased to find this. I am a size 12 but ordered large because I like my sweatshirts baggy. The arms are a bit long but I roll the cuffs back. If you wanted a smarter look a medium would be better. It is lovely and soft and the navy and rose gold version is really striking. It arrived within a few days of purchase and the customers service from Bookishly was faultless. Emails were responded to promptly and I was reassured that I could return it for a different size had a wanted to. I would definitely buy from them again.
