EU CUSTOMERS
We have worked hard to find the best solution to the sales taxes our EU customers will be charged since Brexit, and our Etsy store is most likely the best option for you. As a small business we can’t afford to cover these fees ourselves but Etsy have put mechanisms in place to make sure that the taxes are sorted at checkout and you won't be charged again once the parcel arrives with you. Please be aware that Etsy have sorted the sales taxes but not customs fees so you may still have those to pay on receipt.

Of course you are more than welcome to purchase from our own website here, please just be aware that there will be taxes and customs fees when your parcel arrives. Not all our products are available on Etsy because of their terms of sale, but most are. Please let us know if something you want is missing and we will try and help.
EU CUSTOMERS - Subscriptions
Sadly we have had to remove the EU shipping option for subscriptions from our website. There's no practical way for us to prevent fees being charged EVERY time you receive a monthly parcel if you shop via our website. Some of our subscriptions are available in our Etsy store and Etsy will process the sales tax (but not the duties) for us. If you decide to buy a subscription via Etsy then you'll get a message from us suggesting that we send all the months in one go for you to open in turn.
(German customers (Hallo!) will be pleased to know we have signed up to your packaging regulations and are fully compliant.)
SHIPPING
- Standard postage is free for orders over £20 within the UK.
- On UK orders under £20 the postage is just £1.95.
- International postage is calculated in the shopping cart, just let us know your location at checkout.
- The processing time for each product is displayed on the listings.
We'll let you know when your order is on the way. UK orders are sent via Royal Mail and our international orders with Royal Mail Airmail. You can choose to upgrade your postage to DHL Express Next Day - our processing times mean that your order won't always arrive on the next working day, please look at the dispatch day stated on each product page. (We've switched away from DHL just for the last few days before Christmas - more info here).
International shipping is not tracked and can sometimes take a little while. For example, USA and Canada can take about 4 weeks from dispatch. However, it's usually much quicker - between 7 and 10 days.
You might find that your order takes a little longer than usual after Black Friday as we catch up.

RETURNS
I'm sure that you will love your products however, non-personalised products can be returned in their original condition. Please get in touch within 28 days of purchase to arrange this.
Personalised art is non-returnable. This obviously doesn't affect any of your statutory rights.
CUSTOMS
For international buyers - please be aware that customs duties may apply to some products when importing from outside the UK. There are also new taxes for EU customers buying from the UK. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with the laws of their country and paying all applicable customs duties, import charges and taxes.
Though unusual, it is possible for customs to sometimes hold parcels up to a few weeks.
